What are you studying?
BA (Hons) Fashion & Textiles

Why did you choose your course?
Drawing is one of my biggest passions. I love creating new beautiful things.

What was the best thing about studying in Aberdeen?
Aberdeen is a quiet city, I feel safe when I’m here because the people are so nice. The air is also quite clean and Aberdeen has the most delicious fresh seafood in the UK. I love seafood!

What is the best part of studying at Robert Gordon University?
I love the environment of the campus. It is surrounded by trees and flowers and the river is breathtaking. I enjoy going to school everyday and looking at the public galleries of the other students.

What did you study?
BEng (Hons) Mechanical and Offshore Engineering

What did you choose your course?
I chose my course because mechanical engineers have very good career prospects, being able to fit into almost any technical role in the engineering field.

What was the best part of studying at Robert Gordon University?
The vast number of international students at RGU made learning in the classroom very lively as the diversity brought about contributions from different perspectives. I was able to make friends that have become my partners for life.

What have you done since graduating?
I went on to do a Master’s in Petroleum Engineering in the Imperial College, and I’m currently working as an Intern in Shell, London.

What are you studying?
BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering

Why did you choose your course?
I have an interest in developing solutions to many of the problems plaguing my home country, particularly energy demand and supply as well as clean and sustainable energy.

Give three words that describe your study experience in Aberdeen
Fresh, Adaptable and Wholesome.

What was the best part of studying at Robert Gordon University?
Immersing myself in a different culture while interacting with other students from diverse backgrounds.

Would you recommend ICRGU?
Yes, I would. The familiar atmosphere and smaller class sizes makes it easier to get used to campus life before entering the ‘Big One’. You also learn the same thing as RGU first years, while gaining a family and at a slightly better pace.

What are you studying?
BEng (Hons) Mechanical and offshore engineering

Why did you choose your course?
Since my childhood I’ve always been interested in machinery and cars.

What was the best thing about studying in Aberdeen?
Aberdeen is the energy capital of Europe – this is the best place to study oil and gas engineering. Aberdeen is also affordable and safe.

Would you recommend your course to other students?
I would recommend the course because it will enhance your thinking and problem solving skills. If you are passionate about cars you’ll really love it.

Would you recommend ICRGU?
I do recommend ICRGU as it encourages international students to achieve success in every aspect of their future.
