Welcome to the International College at Robert Gordon University! We are delighted that you are preparing to join us in Aberdeen and start the process to becoming a student at ICRGU.
Please use this page as a guide to support you through the enrolment and registration process.
ICRGU Enrolment and Registration
Pre-Enrolment Check
Our team will connect with you via email to confirm when you are eligible to complete the
mandatory online enrolment check and upload all relevant documentation.
Once ICRGU receive your pre-enrolment check from it can take up to 3 working days for the information to be processed.
Online Student Registration
On completion of the pre-enrolment check form, the Student Services team will confirm your registration is open via email.
The online registration will open prior to your start date – this needs to be completed before you book your face-to-face enrolment appointment.
Your timetable and ICRGU Student Portal will be available after completion of online registration.
Book Face-to-Face Registration Appointment
After registration, you will be invited to book your face-to-face enrolment appointment on campus with the team.
Please bring all documents uploaded in in your pre-enrolment check along with your TB test certificate and a police check (Pharmacy, Nursing and Health Sciences students only)
An appointment is required to attend the face-to-face appointment, those who do not book an appointment will be advised that they are unable to register.
On-Campus Enrolment
ICRGU enrolment takes place at the International College on the RGU campus, we are located on the ground floor of the ICRGU building behind RGU sport.
During enrolment, students will complete their enrolment with ICRGU and receive their Student ID card, timetable and academic content through their ICRGU Student Portal.
ICRGU will also guide students on how to register their details with Robert Gordon University (RGU) in order to access RGU facilities and services. Please note that ICRGU enrolment and RGU registration are separate processes, and it is vital that both are completed prior to course commencement.
Attend ICRGU Orientation and Welcome
As part of orientation, ICRGU will conduct campus inductions, sessions with RGU and welcome activities. All students are required to attend and will receive their welcome bag and lunch will be provided.
