Find an Agent
International College Robert Gordon University (ICRGU) has a network of education agents all over the world. In most cases, there will be an ICRGU agent near you.
The role of an ICRGU agent is to help you with your application to study at ICRGU. For students who need help selecting their ICRGU course, or who need help applying for a visa, speaking to an ICRGU representative should ensure your enrolment is as easy and as efficient as possible.
Check our guide on choosing an education agent.
Use the search function below to find an ICRGU representative near you.
Search Agents Database
ICRGU has entered into a commercial arrangement with the education agents listed in the Find an Agent search. They are contracted to support qualified prospective students to choose a course, submit an application, find accommodation, and apply for a visa as appropriate to the prospective student’s circumstances.
If you enrol with us, we pay the education agent a commission/fee. We spend resources on training and helping these education agents to offer the best possible service, and we strongly encourage you to only use one of our official education agents listed in the Find an Agent search. Please note, there have been examples of unofficial education agents claiming to represent us. Please check the Find an Agent search to be sure you are using an official partner of ICRGU.
Immigration Advice
If you plan on seeking immigration advice or assistance, we recommend using a migration agent who is a registered member from the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or the Law society. OISC registered agents must meet high professional standards and their conduct is regulated, including the fees they are allowed to charge. Find an OISC registered migration agent at https://portal.oisc.gov.uk/s/adviser-finder.
If you wish to use an unregistered agent outside of the UK, ensure you understand what you can reasonably expect from them and know your options if the agent acts incompetently, dishonestly or fraudulently. If you suspect an unregistered migration agent is engaging in criminal behaviour, you should report them to your local law enforcement authority and inform your local immigration office.
Education Agent Complaints Process
ICRGU is committed to ensuring that the relationships between education agents, students, and ICRGU remain fair and transparent.
However, we acknowledge that occasionally, students may have reason to question or express concern to ICRGU about the education agent who has supported them with their application. Please submit a formal complaint and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
