The Application Process

Follow these 10 simple steps and you will soon be joining us at ICRGU in Aberdeen, UK.

Step 1: Complete the ICRGU Application Form using Studylink

When you submit your application, make sure that you, or your representative, upload all relevant academic qualifications and English test results. (Certified translations must accompany documents that are not in English).

Step 2: Receive Your Offer of Admission

Once we have processed your application, you will receive an offer of admission from us by email.

Step 3: Meet Your Conditions

You may have conditions to meet on your offer, such as providing an accepted English language qualification or passing a Navitas interview. You can only progress to Unconditional Offer stage once you have met all of these conditions.

Step 4: Accept Your Offer

Complete and return your Acceptance Form via Studylink.

Step 5: Pay Your Deposit

You can make a payment via bank transfer, international bank draft, or online via the button below.

Step 6: Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)

After receiving your completed Acceptance Form and full deposit payment, we will provide you with your CAS. This is required for your student visa application.

Step 7: Arrange Student Accommodation in Aberdeen

ICRGU requires all students to provide evidence of accommodation on arrival in Aberdeen. Demand is often high for the most popular options, so you should arrange accommodation as soon as possible. (We cannot book accommodation on your behalf.)

Step 8: Apply for Your Visa

To avoid potential delays, it’s important that you apply for your visa as soon as you have received your CAS. Full details on the visa application process can be found on the UK Government website. You must notify ICRGU via student.services@ic.rgu.ac.uk once the outcome of your application is confirmed.

Step 9: Arrive in the UK

ICRGU can help arrange transfer from the airport to your accommodation and will provide a full orientation before enrolment. You are required to attend College in person and on time for the course start date as listed in your Unconditional Offer.
